Orders placed before 3pm on any working day will be despatched the same day by either Royal Mail or UPS. Charges vary by region and in some instances weight, further details are outlined in the table below.

If you require a different delivery option please contact Customer Services on 01274 721567 who will be happy to help with costs and organize delivery via UPS Express (guaranteed next day delivery) or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note we are unable to guarantee any delivery times as these may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of any significant delays.

Overseas Deliveries
For any overseas deliveries you will need to contact us at Head Office direct to discuss, call +44 1274 721567 or email info@prestige-dental.co.uk For your information, we charge everything in GBP, so you may want to work out the exchange rate.

All orders placed for delivery outside of the UK may attract additional, relevant local taxes and duties. These are calculated by the courier and you are required to pay them before your items will be released. We have no control of this amount and kindly advise you to make yourself aware of what this could be. If you refuse your parcel and it is returned to us we will refund minus a £35 admin fee.

UPS Deliveries: Prestige Dental carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until they are signed for upon receipt, we therefore recommend that you inspect the product thoroughly at this time to ensure you are happy that the goods have not been damaged in transit and all items are present. Goods identified as damaged on delivery should be refused where they will be returned to us by the courier.

Royal Mail Deliveries: Please contact Customer Services on 01274 721567 immediately if there is any evidence that the package or goods contained therein are damaged.

Any subsequent problems that are not immediately identifiable upon delivery must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of the order, please contact 01274 721567. If products are considered by you to be faulty or defective after the 5 day period has expired please contact us for consideration of your query.
